Homeschool Olympics at coop

Our host this week planned a homeschool Olympics.  We played hockey, soccer, basketball and marshmallow dodgeball. The kids had so much fun!
The highlight for em was the gold medal! Her reaction was priceless!

Bobo the bunny

Our bunny has never been a cuddly bunny but this week em has decided he should cuddle more. And he has become a cuddly bunny if she uses a blanket to 'catch' him.

Olympics

A selfie of em and mom watching Jennifer Jones take gold in women's curling.  Em watched 4 ends and created a game with marbles similar to curling.  I enjoyed sharing curling rules and strategies with my girl.

We played geography games and songs at coop this week.

Backyard fun

Daddy has been piling all the snow in the middle of the yard! So we have a snow mountain!

Roxys papers have arrived

We had a lot of geography fun with roxy's registration papers.  We traced her lineage across the pond to the UK and Ireland!

Canada girl

Daddy is heading out on the road to start his new career as a trucker! So of course we are going to rock unschooling geography! Daddy and eme went to the dollarstore to find small stickers to use once he mounts her map on a board.

Park play

We will brave -20 straight temp these days to grab any vit d possible!

Daddy's first day off we braved the cold to get some fresh air. This is seriously the longest winter ever!

Our local NDP hosted a free family day at the riverbank discovery center. We braved the cold and met up with some awesome families we adore!
It was chilly but em had a blast!
